The body is amazing. Imagine that you are YOU. We assume for some time and you have gone through a lot of things with this body of yours. In gratitude, the best thing that we can do is to take care of this body of ours.

This site’s objective is to post entries about health, health, physical fitness and nutrition in addition to indoor and outdoor activities. We want you to be part of our journey as we go through the obstacles, challenges and the joys to get more ideas, tips and guides. We want to share our opinions and ideas related to the mentioned topics. Some entries will be based on the author’s opinions and some will be determined by research. Our goal is to have the exercise fans and the not so enthused want to learn more about human body and how to make it healthier and happier.

Zip Cypress Hills also helps youth and children develop an understanding of and competency with skills and strategies related to physical activities and a wide assortment of sports. The activities can provide experiences for participants to help them build literacy, health literacy and the skills for healthy living that is active.
